In celebration of Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, this episode delves, delves I say, into not giving into fear of losing someone by being honest with them. Taking the "cowards" way out by not voicing our own thoughts, feelings, concerns, and depths leads many men down a path of feeling undervalued, underappreciated, depressed, anxious, and hollow.

Listen - in this day and age, Men are viewed differently still based on societal norms by not only the majority of women in society but by other men as well. The mental well-being of a man can be a fragile thing if not taken care of, much like our physical well-being as well. We have to take steps to value ourselves as men first before we expect anyone else to.
