In post-celebration of Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, this episode delves, delves I say, into asking yourself "Why Should You Care?" 

Listen - we are not referring to turning off the compassion switch ingrained in the very essence and fiber of our being but rather deciding where and how much of our energy to devote or provide to anyone who is unwilling to match it. Shouldn't that advice that you provide, suggestion that you made, etc., basically energy that you diverted from yourself to that other person be met with an appreciation of that provision?
